2018 – 2023: One of the best Gourmet Restaurants in the Central Switzerland
Oscar de Matos was in the Restaurant Maihöfli to Gault Millau "Newcomer of the year 2022" and there were 16 Gault Millau points. And 2023 Oscar has been awarded a Michelin star. In his excellent creations you can discover both Spanish and innovative Nikkei influences from Japan and Peru.
